To read telugu on this page, the following are instructions to be followed.
windows:
goto control panel > regional and langauge settings > check the boxes which talks about asian languages and it asks for ur installation cd, put it in cdrom. it’ll install the language support. I recommend IE to read indic fonts(its rendering appears to be better than others).
linux/derivants:
by default, if it is linux, you should be able to read.. in case you aren’t, search for telugu using the package manager(yum in fedora, synaptic in ubuntu, yast in suse) and install corresponding packages.
Eg: for ubuntu, open synaptic manager, search telugu, install the packages which appear in result.
